Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Health Club by We(ed) the People (Owned/Operated by Weed the People, LLC & WTP Labs, LLC). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: During high volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended. We will always do our best to communicate any delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All order of $75 or more will receive Free Shipping.

  • Orders below $75 will incur a shipping cost of $4.99 for Flat Rate Shipping (3-5 business days).
  • Delivery delays can occur occasionally. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, these are approximate and not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

4. Damages

The Health Club, Weed the People LLC & WTP Labs LLC are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order.

  2. Look for the package in other locations around your property.

  3. Check with neighbors or household members.

  4. Wait 1-2 business days as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our team at Cheers@tryTheHealthClub.com and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
