Manifestation Yoga + Magic 9/20

This 2-hour workshop is designed to help you get clear on what you want and connect with the energy of already having it. We’ll spend the first hour exploring manifestation through a mix of discussion, reflection, and guided prompts—including deepening gratitude and writing about future desires as though they’ve already happened.

Then, we’ll bring those intentions into the body with a 60-minute yoga flow incorporating movement, breath, and visualization to help you embody what you’re calling in. Come ready to reflect, write, move, and get intentional about the life you’re creating!
